Ep. 12

REGRESSION THERAPY

Contributors:

In this episode
Regression therapy can be a pathway to emotional healing and self-awareness. Some psychologists and physicians have explored its application, particularly for treating trauma, phobias, and deep emotional experiences.

Through regression techniques, people can access traumatic events from their past that might be causing present-day issues. These events might be recent or distant, occurring in childhood, during intrauterine life, or even in supposed past lives. However, it remains unclear whether these "memories" are real, metaphors, fantasies, or a combination of these.

While regression therapy can offer clear benefits for some individuals, it is not widely recognized or even recommended by the scientific community, due to a lack of strong evidence from studies.
